Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received an incorrect item.
- The product was significantly different from the confirmed order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition.
- Be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
- Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Bulk or wholesale orders unless damaged or incorrectly supplied.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.
- Products showing signs of use, alteration, or wear.
- Minor variations in color, print placement, texture, or finish that naturally occur in handcrafted products.
As each item is handcrafted using traditional block printing techniques, slight variations are a unique characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for the return
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging (if damaged)
Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions if the return is approved.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges and customs duties, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:
- Damaged products
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
Replacement availability depends on product stock.
Cancellation & Refund
If an order is cancelled before dispatch and qualifies under our Cancellation Policy, any eligible refund will be processed after confirmation.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and are subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
International Orders
For international shipments:
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees paid to the destination country are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned products are received and inspected.
