Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.
If the order has not entered production or shipping, cancellation may be approved.
Customized & Bulk Orders
Customized, made-to-order, personalized, or bulk export orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to return an eligible product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation by MD Exports and Imports
We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incorrect customer information
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
